Thermodynamics of Attention

The Four Invariant Laws of Human Focus

A scientific-legal framework consisting of four conservation principles governing the digital capture and monetization of human focus.

ARL-1 (Conservation): Attention is a finite, non-elastic reservoir. ARL-2 (Anchoring): Every unit of stabilized attention carries non-zero economic value. ARL-3 (Saturation Velocity): There is a fixed neurocognitive limit to information absorption rate. ARL-4 (The Safety Corridor): Capture beyond a specific threshold produces systemic cognitive and social harm.

Includes the Signal-to-Noise Theorem and the Creator Middle-Class Theorem.
